Job Description: When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible .” About this role: As an Endocinologist you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will focus on the endocrine system, including metabolism, growth, and mood.  Manage conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal insufficiency, and reproductive hormone imbalances. This position includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, residency stipend up to $36,000.00 for those who qualify. Position Highlights: Ability to participate in clinical service line expansion projects Collaborative team approach to decision making In clinic testing/ diagnostic availability: HbA1c testing with resulting within 7 mins Dexcom CGM Pro placement & monitoring Bone health and calcium metabolism management- Infusion/ injection therapy Endocrine suppression & stimulation testing including Cosyntropin stimulation tests RN clinical support Partnership with CDE and RD for clinic visits Rx refill task support Strong Medical Director leadership/support Quarterly all Endo provider meeting Quarterly medical director & provider check-ins How we'll support you: We care about your wellbeing which is why we provide our caregivers with a generous benefits package. Compensation: Annual base: $305,000.00 Productivity: $54.31/ wRUV over 2900 wRVUs per 6 mo.
