We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead initiatives that form the foundation of a connected collateral ecosystem for the nations largest lende rs . As technology continues to transform the mortgage sector, industry leaders increasingly rely on Cotality for the tools, data, and solutions necessary for success. Cotality’s collateral solutions are central to this progress—through continuous updates, enhancements, and the development of new offerings, we support lenders in managing all aspects of lending collateral, including valuation, loan eligibility, external risks, liens, and other related risk factors . In addressing these challenges, this Product Manager with collaborate with some of the nation’s largest lenders and their partners to advance the industry. What You’ll Do Work with software engineer ing teams along with a group of business and product stakeholders to ensure alignment on enterprise needs. Understand dependencies between products to refine the roadmap, establish completion timelines and institute success metrics. Drive progress on the roadmap and manage expectations for a broad group of stakeholders. Communicate progress and findings via product briefs, status updates, and demos. Ensure adoption and interoperability across the Real Estate Solutions business. Work closely with clients and partners to unde rstand business needs, workflows and long term objectives turning this knowledge into collaborative solutions .
