Job Description:
We are looking for a tech-savvy, process-oriented Sales Enablement Associate to join our team. In this role, you won’t just be managing data; you’ll be the engine room of our sales organization. You will focus on building high-performance outreach sequences, refining our product's market positioning, and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to give our reps a competitive edge.

Your Core Responsibilities:
Outreach & Sequencing: Set up and manage automated outreach campaigns (Sales Engagement/HubSpot/Highspot). You’ll ensure our messaging reaches the right people at the right time.
Salesforce Enrichment: Keep our CRM source of truth pristine. You’ll handle data enrichment projects, lead routing, and provide day-to-day support for our sales team.
AI Integration: Research and implement AI-driven tools to automate repetitive tasks for reps (e.g., Account Planning, automated prospecting, and personalized email drafting).
Process Architecture: Design and document clear, visual process flows (using tools like Vizio, and power BI) to ensure the sales cycle is easy to follow and scalable.
Product Refinement: Act as the bridge between Sales and Product. Gather feedback from the field to help refine & streamline our product offerings and sales collateral.
Job Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
The Basics: 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Ops, or a related internship. A hunger to learn the plumbing of a high-growth company.
CRM Curious: You have a foundational understanding of Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and aren't afraid to dive deep into reports and objects.
Efficiency Obsessed: You naturally look for ways to automate tasks. If you’ve used Gemini or other AI tools to speed up your work, you’re already ahead.
Visual Thinker: You can take a complex verbal instruction and turn it into a clean, easy-to-read flowchart.
Detail-Oriented: You’re the type of person who notices a duplicate lead or a broken link before anyone else does.
The Toolkit (Preferred but not required):
CRM: Salesforce
Engagement: Sales Engagement, Outreach, or HubSpot
Diagrams: Visio
AI: Experience with LLMs (CoPilot, Gemini) for business productivity

54,300 - 69,992 USD
