Sobre a Posição / About the Role Key Responsibilities Royalty Calculations & Accruals Perform monthly and quarterly royalty calculations for Latam contracts in accordance with approved “Base of Contract” (Master Data) and revenue definitions Prepare, review, and validate royalty accruals, true‑ups, and historical adjustments, including prior‑year to ensure accounting is properly recorded Support timely royalty payment cycles, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines. Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues, calculation variances, and late inputs impacting royalty timelines and accruals Contract & Business Partnering Partner with Print, Content, Editorial, and other business groups in Latin America to ensure contract terms, pricing bases, and approvals are up to date prior to processing payments Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to resolve contract interpretation questions and calculation dependencies Data Management & Systems Extract, reconcile, and validate sales and usage data from multiple upstream systems that drive the bases of the royalties calculations Execute royalty workflows using SAP, Alteryx, and approved royalty tools, following documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Be a key contributor to system enhancements, UAT activities, and process improvements to drive efficiencies and automations of the royalty process Work aggressively to bring Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the daily operations to help the team drive towards a “Touchless Royalty Process” Controls, Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with SOX and internal control requirements, maintaining clear documentation and audit trails for royalty calculations and payments Work with royalties leadership to create and support metrics and KPIs. These reports will be instrumental to identify trends and support a proactive mentality to help get ahead of escalations and/or find efficiency opportunities. Sobre Você / About You 5 years of experience in royalty accounting, revenue‑based calculations, or financial operations Able to work independently and represent the Royalty team with business partners in a collaborative manner to help with conflict resolution Experience in creating process improvements and drive automation through system enhancements Above average knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools Working knowledge of SAP and financial data tools Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a control‑driven environment Bi-lingual in English and Spanish #LI-MG1 O que iremos te oferecer?
