Job Description: Are you a strategic marketer who isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty? We are looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager to take the reins of our APAC region. This isn't just about running ads—it’s about owning the regional roadmap, partnering deeply with Sales, and driving the pipeline that fuels our growth across the Asia-Pacific market. A Scrappy Executor: You have a get it done mindset. Whether it’s writing the perfect email hook or managing onsite event logistics, you take pride in high-quality delivery. A Data-Informed Optimizer: You live for the ROI. You track performance weekly, monitor target account engagement, and pivot your strategy based on what the numbers (and the sales team) are telling you. A Natural Communicator: You can translate complex corporate campaigns into region-ready content that resonates locally while staying true to the global brand. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own the APAC Blueprint: Develop and execute an integrated regional marketing plan, managing the budget and calendar to hit aggressive pipeline targets. Drive Multi-Channel Programs: Lead everything from executive roundtables and trade shows to end-to-end webinar programming and ABM-lite plays for priority accounts. Lead Digital Strategy & Agency Relations: Manage agency execution for paid media, ensuring briefs are sharp, budgets are paced, and lead routing is seamless. Write & Repurpose Content: Be your own copywriter. You’ll draft event invites, social posts, and SDR enablement assets, turning global assets into localized winners. Enable the Sales Engine: Create the who to target and what to say talk tracks for our SDRs and AEs to ensure every lead you generate is followed up with precision. EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING The B2B Playbook: 5–7 years in B2B marketing (SaaS or enterprise tech experience is a massive plus). Integrated Marketing Mastery: A proven track record of building regional plans that actually move the needle on sourced and influenced pipeline. Event & Webinar Fluency: You’ve managed virtual and in-person experiences from topic selection through to post-event conversion. Agency Management: You know how to brief and manage external partners to get the best possible performance out of digital channels. Copywriting Chops: You are comfortable writing channel-ready copy (emails, landing pages, social) within a messaging framework. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 5 years of related marketing experience (or 3 years with an advanced degree). High proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Strong project management skills and the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment. Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed (expected up to 20% ). Preferred: Experience with ABM programs, retention/expansion marketing, and familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Google Ads.
