What you’ll be doing Contribute to building and deploying AI Agents for customer service in the form of Voice Agents, Chat Agents, and Coilots at enterprise scale. Contribute to the full application lifecycle by designing, coding, testing, deploying, and debugging - all with a high bar on quality. Collaborate with the product and design team to translate the product roadmap into a clear and actionable technical roadmap. Develop reusable code, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate development and maintain consistency across projects. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability - hence proactively addressing bottlenecks and performance issues. Implement robust security measures and data protection practices to safeguard applications and sensitive customer data. Design and manage scalable data storage solutions that ensure efficiency, reliability, and long-term maintainability. Build and scale efficient data pipelines to process large volumes of data with accuracy and speed.
