What you’ll achieve As a Senior Product Marketing Consultant, you will own and manage global Dell Technologies product marketing initiatives, working closely with cross functional teams, customers and industry experts. You will: •Deliver Route to Market long-term strategy to achieve financial goals: gather retailer feedback, study Dell.com performance, and develop RTM strategy •Develop perspective on key buying moments and how to position the portfolio based on trends and sales data •Model opportunities for volume growth in Consumer RTMs and translate into growth purpose to inform AOP. Define big bets related to key themes for success •Provide input to PLMs / PG (price range, target margin, likely config) to guide product roadmap. Provide guidance and oversight to India and ROAP cycle planners, helping to remove obstacles and ensure strategic continuity across mid to long term plans •Drive local partner engagement and strategy integration with our OEM and Software Partners (i.e. Microsoft, Intel, Nvidia) Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements •Overall 17 years of experience with 10 years of experience in business operations, planning, or GTM strategy within a consumer or technology organization •Proven track record of driving planning processes across global and matrixed organizations •Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment •Deep understanding of retail and e-commerce dynamics, seasonal demand cycles, and regional market nuances •Strong strategic capabilities with a bias for action and results Desirable Requirements •MBA or advanced degree in Business, Operations, or a related field​ •Experience in managing large-scale planning across multiple geographies and product lines.
