Program Manager II, Site Technology Department: Engineering Team: Technical Program Manager Location: Bangalore, India Type: Full-Time **About the Role** As a Program Manager for Site Technology at Uber, you will spearhead high-impact, org-wide initiatives focused on implementation and optimization of Audio/Visual (A/V), Network, and on-prem IT technologies across our global footprint of over 300 offices. Based within the Digital Experience team, you will own and drive project execution for integrating these critical infrastructure technologies. Your primary focus will be leading projects to ensure seamless and standardized deployment of A/V, network, and on-prem IT solutions. You will work closely with Workplace and business leaders to align cross-functional teams and ensure delivery with measurable outcomes. You will champion efficient execution, track progress against key metrics, proactively resolve blockers, manage risks, and communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to energize teams towards ambitious goals, ultimately ensuring Uber's physical spaces are technologically robust and efficient. \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 1. Ensure programs adhere to standards and best practices defined by the cross-functional IT engineering pillars (A/V, Network, Compute, and Security). 4. Identify cases where existing standards do not fit; work directly with engineering teams to design, validate, and implement scalable alternative solutions. 5. Coordinate multiple project workstreams, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and execution challenges to maintain delivery momentum. 6. Collaborate with regional and global partners to ensure consistency, alignment, and technical integrity across all deployments. 7. Manage program budgets
