Systems and Solutions Engineer

Job Details: Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and technically strong system and solutions engineer to lead customer co-engineering program.  Manage and lead customer designs , customer technical issue management and build strategic engagement with Japan OEMs. This role will collaborate closely with Key Japan OEM , Field teams  and internal engineering teams to ensure timely design launches , future design definitions and process/efficiency improvements in managing customers Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Lead Multi-year co-engineering program: Define and Drive multi-year program with OEM Customer and Technical Support: Manage and resolve technical queries/issues on customer design. Drive root cause analysis, follow-up actions, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely issue resolution. Coordinate with engineering teams for release validation and readiness. Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5 years of experience in managing customer (preferably Japan OEMs,ODMs, IBVs) . 5 Experience in project or program management, preferably in software, firmware, or platform engineering environments. Good understanding of SOC architecture / Ips. Preferred Qualifications: Strong technical understanding of windows systems, platform ingredients , software pieces / stack Proven experience working with enterprise customers or partners (Japan OEM experience is a plus). Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
