Your Impact As a senior engineer on the team, you will be intimately involved in architecture decisions that shape this product. You live and breathe cloud services that require high availability and fast, consistent performance. You operate in an AI-first engineering environment, where you leverage advanced AI systems to inform design decisions, accelerate development, and improve system reliability. You are expected to drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices across teams, ensuring scalable and efficient development workflows. You will work closely with product managers and designers to ensure we are building the right solution for our customers, while also mentoring engineers on both system design and AI-first development practices. What You’ll Do Work Location: This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh City office and follows a hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday through Friday and remote on Mondays, unless an approved accommodation applies. We place a high value on in-person collaboration and building a strong in-office culture. Lead engineering architecture design reviews, incorporating AI-driven insights and system modeling Set a high technical bar through code and architecture reviews, including evaluation of AI-generated code and patterns Mentor engineers on scalable system design and AI-first development practices Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows across the engineering organization Work across teams with Product, Design, and Engineering to create integrated solutions Improve engineering processes by embedding automation, AI tooling, and intelligent workflows into planning and execution Build services that adhere to high standards on availability and latency in a mission-critical environment Leverage AI systems to optimize performance, observability, and operational efficiency What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 6+ years of professional software development experience Experience designing and delivering highly-available, scalable cloud-based systems Backend service experience in multiple managed languages such as Java, Scala, Go, C#, or similar Experience with SQL or NoSQL data stores Experience evaluating and integrating AI-assisted development tools into engineering workflows Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to improve developer productivity, system design, and operational efficiency Benefits that benefit you Medical and Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Robust Paid Time Off policy Bonuses Lunch allowance Cell phone stipend Free LinkedIn Learning account or similar learning platforms Access to 24/7 online emotional and mental support Gym membership Free motorbike parking Stocked fridges and pantries — free coffee, cold beverages, snacks Annual company outing trip Monthly team social activities Important Notes The above job description is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all duties, responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.
