Position Summary We are looking for an HR and Operations Generalist who will serve as the "connective tissue" of our People function. In this role, you won't just be checking boxes; you will be the guardian of the employee experience, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks from the moment a candidate signs their offer letter to their last day at the company. You are organized to a fault, empathetic by nature, and possess a "no task is too small" mentality. You will report directly to the VP of People and Operations, and work closely with leadership to ensure our operations are seamless, compliant, and supportive of a high-performance culture. This position may require you to be onsite in our Headquarters at least one day per week.
