Sr. Manager, Central Operations Department: Operations Team: Operations Location: New York, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** The Territory Consumer Operations team (formerly Eater) sits within Consumer Operations and is responsible for owning and driving territory and market-level consumer performance. This team operationalizes consumer growth strategy, generates actionable insights, and leads execution across markets to deliver against Territory and US growth goals. Territory Consumer Operations is accountable for key consumer input metrics at the market and territory level to drive consumer acquisition, engagement, retention. While this team does not own every executional lever, it is responsible for ensuring performance outcomes are met by driving alignment, prioritization, and execution across cross-functional partners.
