Ensure effective cross-market collaboration, connecting UK talent to regional and global opportunities
Maintain and optimise RM tools, reporting, and processes to support business performance
Contribute to ongoing transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled ways of working
What you’ll bring
Strong experience in resource management, workforce planning, operations, or talent deployment
Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
A data-led mindset with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable decisions
Experience leading or supporting teams, with a focus on clarity, development, and inclusion
Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities
A collaborative, calm, and pragmatic approach to problem solving
Exposure to transformation initiatives such as systems implementation or process improvement is a plus
Why this role
A unique opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role in Edelman’s largest EMEA market
Immediate impact, with ownership of critical stakeholder relationships and business decisions
Exposure to senior leadership across the UK and EMEA
The chance to shape how work gets done in a complex, evolving organisation
Opportunity to contribute to future-facing RM practices, including AI and global tools
We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
