Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) touches the lives of every Intel employee, every day. Our scope is broad and includes operating and maintaining all Intel sites, offices, labs, and factories around the world, as well as providing onsite services and experiences that help employees stay safe, comfortable, and productive. This includes investing in conservation projects, setting company-wide environmental goals, and driving reductions in greenhouse gas emissions, energy and water use, and waste generation.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
Contributing to ISO 50001 energy management certification from a documentation and data analysis perspective by:
Creating, updating, and maintaining documentation in line with ISO 50001 requirements
Monitoring and analyzing building systems operational data to assess efficiency, identify trends and issues, and support optimization initiatives
Collaborating with the team to leverage new technologies and analytics tools and improve the use of existing building and facility data, including:
Working with data from a large network of sensors and meters monitoring building and facility systems
Assisting with the use of advanced analytics platforms (ex. GE Cimplicity, SEEQ) to improve data visibility, monitoring, and insights
Contributing to initiatives that explore AI enabled functionalities to enhance system reliability, reduce operational costs, and simplify data monitoring
Providing administrative services to the European Real Estate team by:
Managing purchase orders tracking and supporting end to end payment processes
Ensuring accurate documentation and data consistency across systems
Supporting administration and auditing of the facility assets management system (IBM Maximo), including verification of asset information and support for data accuracy
Conducting regular office walkthroughs to:
Proactively identify, report, and support resolution of facility related issues
Ensure optimal working conditions for Intel employees
Supporting day to day site operations and services as needed, contributing to smooth facility and workplace management.
Qualifications:
Requirements to apply for the position:
Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program (ex. electrical, mechanical, energy systems, building technologies, automation, or similar)
Ability to remain student for at least 12 months
Good analytical skills and ability to work with LLMs, data and documentation
Interest in real estate, facilities management, building operations, or workplace services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Well organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage tasks accurately
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken
Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
