What you’ll achieve As an AI / ML Engineer, you will work on bringing machine learning, LLM, and generative AI solutions from prototype to production. This is a hands-on role with a strong engineering focus, where you’ll work closely with data scientists and senior engineers to make models usable, reliable, and ready for real business use. We’re looking for a team member who enjoys turning ideas into working products and wants to contribute to how Dell delivers ML, GenAI, and Agentic solutions at scale. You will: Deploy and maintain ML, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions in production environments Collaborate with data scientists to integrate trained models into enterprise systems and workflows Build and manage containerized services using Docker and deploy them using Kubernetes Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and production release processes Help keep systems reliable and secure through monitoring, troubleshooting, and patching Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science OR other IT / Engineering related field with 3 years of professional experience in ML Engineering role Practical hand-on experience with Python, used in real projects or production systems Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git and CI/CD pipelines Good understanding of how machine learning models are deployed, served, and maintained over time Working knowledge of LLMs and generative AI, including integrating LLMs into applications or services (e.g. prompt handling, APIs, basic orchestration, or tooling) Starting Salary from: 3 000 eur Brutto  /month Who we are: We believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
