The primary role is to provide high quality and professional counselling and information support services to employees of client companies via telephone, live chat and structured counselling sessions.  This is a permanent hybrid position and the job holder will be based at home with onsite days arranged in the Lyra Hungary head office in Budapest.  30 hours or 40 hours per week will be considered across Monday to Friday.
