Collaborate with product managers, cross engineering teams, data scientists and other partners to gather requirements and translate them into ads serving technical specifications. Identify opportunities and lead entire development lifecycle end-to-end, from architecture design and coding to testing and deployment. Conduct thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback to maintain high code quality and elevate coding standards. Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and industry trends in ad tech, and distributed systems, evaluating their potential impact on ads stack and recommending appropriate integrations or improvements. Mentor and guide other engineers, providing technical leadership and encouraging collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. May telecommute.
