This role owns the **core driver experience of loyalty programs in the Uber Driver app**, including progress tracking, program surfaces (e.g., homepage), and the platform for onboarding and experimenting with new user trials. You will define how drivers understand, access, and engage with rewards, and build systems that enable scalable experimentation across global markets.
