Strategy & Operations Manager, Merchant Financials Department: Operations Team: Strategy & Planning Location: Santiago, Chile Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Uber is revolutionizing the future of grocery & retail by creating the world’s leading marketplace for on-demand delivery across local commerce. As part of the Global Operations team for Retail, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a top-tier experience for merchants on the Uber platform. You will support merchants in growing their businesses through Uber, providing world-class delivery experiences to customers. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with local operations, financial and commercial teams globally, as well as with Retail leadership and product development teams. You will be responsible for supporting strategic projects to improve our merchants’ experience in our platform, improving internal workflows, and helping to drive overall business growth and partner success. You’ll be working closely with a wide range of teams and stakeholders, from Product, Ops, Finance, Account Management, Legal, Tax and others to ensure our merchants have the tools they need to thrive within the Uber ecosystem. This position requires a blend of strong analytical capabilities, technical expertise, collaboration skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
