Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. Minimum Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in English. Actively pursuing a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Microsoft Excel intermediate level. Preferred Qualifications: 3 months of knowledge or experience in: Human Resources and or experience in Payroll and Benefits programs. Business Process Management knowledge. Customer support experience. Accounting.
