Role  As Strategic Insights and Intelligence Manager (CEO Team) , you will lead the market intelligence efforts and act as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams and executive leadership. You will move beyond data collection to provide high-level briefs and insights that directly shape how we navigate market dynamics. Your mission is to ensure the Sword team is fully aware of the competitive landscape, allowing us to proactively identify new opportunities and scale globally. The CEO team reports directly to the CEO of Sword and is responsible for: Supporting the CEO and Sword's leadership through our exponential growth, with high-impact strategic initiatives and operational responsibilities; Driving cross-functional and financially significant projects across core business units; Leading and supporting new wave development, new business verticals, etc.; Promoting alignment and accountability across the organization as a change agent for the Organization.
