Role Overview As a Specialist, Product Management, you will play a key role in driving the development and execution of innovative payment solutions across International Markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, deliver customer-centric solutions, and support the growth of Mastercard’s core and digital product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of product strategies across core and digital payment solutions Collaborate with stakeholders across product, account management, marketing, and technology teams Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities Drive product enhancements and support go-to-market initiatives Contribute to business cases, product roadmaps, and performance tracking Deliver insights and presentations to internal stakeholders and senior management What you bring: Relevant professional experience in product management, payments, fintech, or consulting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English required Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
