Material Coordinator 2 Eindhoven, Netherlands Full time onsite - Fixed term contract We are seeking a Material Coordinator 2 to join our Eindhoven operations team. This role supports day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring inbound and outbound materials are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with established procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and ERP-based transaction processing. This role works a shift pattern averaging 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between Sunday and Friday. The role involves working within cold and freezer storage environments. Appropriate PPE will be provided. Key Responsibilities Perform inbound and outbound shipping activities with limited supervision Process all inbound and outbound shipments received and shipped via the Illumina Eindhoven site Generate shipping documentation and register, track, and transact shipments using SAP (ERP) Receive, sort, and accurately put away inbound materials Carry out inbound and outbound receipt transactions in line with system and procedural requirements Pick and pack materials using a hand-held scanner Maintain accurate inventory records and support storekeeping activities Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams Provide additional operational support as required Ensure all duties are performed in compliance with established procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines Requirements Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, or materials coordination cold / freezer environment Good computer literacy, including use of ERP systems (e.g. SAP), spreadsheets, and word processing software Knowledge of inventory control and storekeeping procedures Ability to perform routine calculations with accuracy Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Familiarity with product specifications and incoming inspection procedures Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams Experience gained in a fast‑paced operational or corporate environment is preferred Additional Information The responsibilities listed are essential to the role but are not exhaustive.
