About the role In this opportunity as an Account Specialist Intern, you will: Support Account Specialists in managing client portfolios, including data entry, CRM updates, and follow-ups. Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as renewal summaries, opportunity reports, and account plans. Learn to use tools like Salesforce and Gainsight to track customer interactions and sales pipeline activity. Participate in team meetings and 1:1s to understand account strategies and performance metrics. Take part and contribute to projects development Help coordinate internal communications across Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams.} About you: You are a good fit for the role if your background includes: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills. Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn CRM systems.
