Yuc, 97000 Salary: 1106USD Montly Requirements: -English C1 -6 months to 1 year of experience as a Scheduler or in a similar role within: Healthcare Hospitals Hospitality Experience in home care or home health is a strong plus. Job description: We are seeking Schedulers who are highly adaptable, empathetic, and able to move forward with urgency in a fast-paced operational environment. This role is critical in ensuring optimal caregiver coverage while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is analytical, people-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in real time. Responsibilities: -Review caregiver preferred hours and availability using our Point-of-Care scheduling software. -Identify open client shifts and strategically match and fill vacancies based on client needs, attributes, and caregiver preferences. -Analyze schedules to optimize caregiver utilization, ensuring maximum coverage and continuity of care. -Act as a liaison and business partner between caregivers, clients, and branch staff to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all parties. -Communicate any schedule changes, incidents, or client complaints to the branch team promptly and in real time. -Provide ongoing feedback to branch staff regarding caregiver performance, attendance, and client satisfaction. -Ensure all documentation and communication are accurate, detailed, thorough, and completed in a timely manner. -Handle inbound calls as needed to support the customer service team. #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
