Logistics Coordinator

📍 Remote \u007C Full-time \u007C Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST About the Role We are looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international freight operations. You will ensure efficient movement of goods, coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams, and serve as the main contact for brokers, airlines, and customers. Key Responsibilities • Manage ocean containers, domestic LTL/TL, and international air freight. • Coordinate with warehouse staff for incoming shipments. • Handle customs clearance and broker relations. • Resolve shipment delays and documentation issues. • Generate cost reports and track logistics data in Odoo ERP/Excel. • Support future supply chain optimization projects. Skills & Qualifications • Fluency in English (written and verbal). • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding. • Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and spreadsheets. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and coordinate remote/onsite teams. #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
