You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer retention, and expanding market share, while ensuring alignment with Uber’s broader commercial strategy. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and system-thinking capabilities. You will lead a large team of Account Managers focused on increasing penetration, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
