Design and implement innovative solutions for core communication services across channels like messaging, chat, email, push notifications, and phone support. 2. Develop and enhance common, reusable platform components that serve various teams and products. 3. Work with cutting-edge technologies to solve complex challenges in scalability and reliability. 4. Architect and build new solutions from the ground up for evolving business needs. 5. Integrate the latest features from Apple and Google, as well as Large Language Models (LLMs), to modernize our communication channels. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 1. Feature or product development within Communication Platform that spans mobile work. 2. Writes high-quality code (i.e., reliable, readable, efficient, testable), provides quality code reviews, and creates comprehensive tests and quality documentation using software engineering principles. 3. Participates in on-call rotations and follows best practices to troubleshoot production incidents with some guidance. 4.
