Studio Executive Producer - Digital PM

Edelman is looking for an Executive Producer (Digital) to lead the delivery of complex digital experiences across web, UX/UI, and integrated content projects. This role is ideal for someone who brings a strong understanding of how digital products are built end-to-end and can connect strategy, design, and technology across local and global teams. As a senior leader within the production space, you will drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality delivery, and establish efficient workflows across multiple projects and disciplines. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end production of digital projects, including websites, platforms, and UX/UI-driven experiences Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across concurrent workstreams Partner closely with strategy, creative, UX/UI, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital solutions Guide UX/UI processes, including research, benchmarking, information architecture, and user experience design Ensure seamless collaboration between design and development teams, including technical handoffs and asset delivery Implement and optimize agile workflows (e.g., Scrum) to improve delivery efficiency and team collaboration Manage senior stakeholders, including internal and global teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication Support broader production needs across creative outputs such as presentations, design assets, video, and animation What We’re Looking For Significant experience leading digital production, including web development and UX/UI-focused projects Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including site architecture, design systems, and development processes Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across regions Experience working with agile methodologies and production workflows Working knowledge of technical tools, coding languages, and development frameworks Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience across multimedia production (e.g., video, animation) is a plus We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
