Job Details: Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity to join our Israel Payroll team (temporary opportunity, up to 18 months). As a Payroll Program Owner, you'll drive service delivery excellence while supporting our complex, ever-evolving business operations. You'll lead end-to-end payroll process management, stakeholder relationships, and optimization initiatives. This role offers the chance to directly impact Intel's HR systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards while delivering measurable business value through process reengineering and automation efforts. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: • Manage end-to-end payroll processes and execution, including all necessary duties to prepare payroll information for data entry within each monthly pay cycle timeline • Ensure Payroll Suppliers have all required information to deliver their services effectively • Validate payroll gross-to-net calculations including income tax, national insurance, study fund, and pension • Prepare, maintain, and compile various payroll records and documentation • Support employee queries and business partner requests • Use data analytics to drive problem resolution and optimization efforts • Participate in all project lifecycle stages: exploration, audits, requirement gathering, solution design, test execution, documentation, training, migration, implementation, stabilization, and maintenance • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders globally, understanding their business processes and identifying value drivers, risks, dependencies, and system improvements • Lead change management initiatives and provide relevant training to team members • Drive robotic process automation (RPA) and continuous improvement efforts This is a temporary position for up to 18 months. Qualifications: • Previous experience and knowledge in the payroll domain • Experience with ISR payroll system- Hilan • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to re-engineer and improve processes • Experience leading process improvement, optimization, and standardization initiatives • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools • Project management experience preferred • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, changing environment • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English • Self-assurance to deal with complex problems and challenging situations Job Type: Intel Contract Employee Shift: Shift 1 (Israel) Primary Location: Israel, Kiryat-Gat Additional Locations: Business group: Intel's Human Resources group is responsible for hiring, developing and retaining the best and brightest employees while continuing to strengthen the company's culture and values.
