The role
Nebius is looking for a Business Ops Analyst. As a Business Ops Analyst, you will be part of the Operations team, providing analytical support and insights across areas such as Sales Operations and Procure-to-Pay, enabling data driven decision making across the function.
You will work closely with Operations stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into analytical requirements, and deliver high quality analysis, reporting, and insights that support operational performance and strategic decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Analytics
s upport for Operations teams – Partner with Sales Ops, P2P, and Operations leadership to deliver ongoing analytical support based on business needs and priorities.
Data analysis insights – Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities. Provide clear, actionable insights to support decision making.
Reporting dashboarding – Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key metrics and business performance.
KPI definition tracking – Support definition and tracking of KPIs across operational domains, ensuring consistency and alignment across teams.
Data validation quality – Ensure reliability of data used for business analysis, while partnering with Data teams on data quality and integrity issues.
Ad hoc Analysis – Provide fast, high quality ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
We expect you to have:
10 years’ experience in business analytics, operations analytics, or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience with Tableau and other BI tools.
Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests
High attention to detail and data accuracy with the ability to distill complex data into clear executive summaries for senior leadership
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience supporting Sales Ops, Finance Ops, or Procure-to-Pay processes
Familiarity with SQL or data querying
Experience working with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zip)
Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments
