In your role, you may work any Medtronic site, including: • Mounds View, Minnesota • Fort Worth, Texas • Fridley, Minnesota (OHQ) • Lafayette, Colorado • Irvine, California (UCI) • Memphis, Tennessee • Rice Creek, Minnesota • Jacksonville, Florida • Boston, Massachusetts As the IT Manager of the Threat Intelligence team, you will oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence to proactively identify risks and guide defensive posture. You will combine technical acumen with strong leadership and communication skills to support Medtronic’s mission to protect organizational assets, personnel, and reputation from cyber threats. You will: • Define and lead the multi-year strategy for the threat intelligence program aligned with the organization's risk appetite and business objectives. • Identify capability gaps, prioritize initiatives (e.g., automation, dark web monitoring, intel fusion), and build a roadmap for maturity. • Collaborate with leadership across Security Operations, Risk, and IT to ensure strategic alignment and measurable outcomes. Develop and mature the organization’s threat intelligence program, including frameworks, policies, and procedures. Integrate intelligence findings into security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessments. Oversee the development of threat intelligence products such as alerts, briefs, and reports tailored to stakeholders at various levels.
