If you are looking to utilize your business partnering and FP&A skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team is the place for you. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and growth. You'll have the opportunity to standardize and coordinate forecasting, planning, and analysis, gaining strategic insights into business performance and tracking key investments across the operating unit.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Provide strategic finance support for Marketing, Training/Education, and administrative functions within CAS to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
Perform detailed variance analysis, comparing actual results against budgeted figures, and provide insightful commentary to management.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to leadership, highlighting key financial trends, variances, and recommendations for improvement.
Standardize processes to provide business performance insights.
Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across Medtronic finance.
Educate business partners on financial topics and policies.
Lead the development and deployment of annual KPIs and processes.
Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
Nice to Have
CPA or MBA
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Experience with OneStream and/or SAP
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead others
Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage projects simultaneously
A high degree of initiative and motivation
Ability to perform under pressure and in a very dynamic environment
Strong strategic thinking, analytical and valuation skills
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
