Digital Imaging Specialist PRN

Job Description: This position is responsible for ensuring customers of imaging services are greeted and assisted in a timely manner and is responsible for providing support services for all of the various imaging modalities. The incumbent will perform a variety of clerical duties including: helping manage patient flow through the department, answering telephones, exam order entry, image check out, calling of reports, assisting radiologists/ technologists and ensuring medical necessity.
