In this role, you will report to the Director of Product Management for AI Tax Prep in the Tax, Accounting & Advisory Product team supporting the Tax & Accounting Professional's business. TR has a bold vision to be the leader in AI-powered, content-driven technology, and the Product Manager, AI Tax Prep will work closely with colleagues from Product, Compliance, Engineering, TR Labs, and Design teams who are already dedicated to delivering on this mission. Teams are working closely with customers to create a product experience that is unmatched in the market today. In this role, you will work with leaders and stakeholders from these teams in refining our product roadmap, while also playing a very hands-on role in leading cross-functional distributed product teams through product discovery and delivery. About the Role As a Product Manager, you will: Develop strong product intuition by i nterpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs, and opportunities and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction. Build world-class capabilities and products by creating a vision for the product maintaining the product roadmap and partnering closely with the dev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently. This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress. Demonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership of a feature/product, its performance and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience. You will show that you can learn from your experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision to colleagues.
