We are looking for an experienced Sports and Entertainment Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. A Sports and Enterprise Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for building business success by identifying, qualifying and selling prospects. For this role, strong communication skills and a customer service attitude are essential. As an S E Enterprise Account Executive, you should also be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals. Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts within different vertices.
A day in the life (Responsibilities)
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and business verticals
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Work closely with management team and key stakeholders to develop market expansion plans that align with our company goals and capabilities
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
Creating quotes, performing web and in-person demonstrations and logging activities into Salesforce
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts or territories
Creating new and maintaining established relationships within your assigned market
Working with senior management to establish sales goals and increase market share revenue
Working with our marketing team to construct marketing material and presentation collateral as needed
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
What you'll need to thrive (Requirements)
3+ years as a Sales Account Executive with a strong history of successful selling into Sports Entertainment markets
Experience selling Point of Sale Platform in the hospitality industry
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly Salesforce and MS Excel)
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to travel up to 50%
