About the Role
Netflix’s Ads Measurement team is seeking a Measurement Lead to support the product development, testing, launch and scaling of audience and campaign measurement products. As a member of the Scaled Solutions team, you will serve as a primary point of contact between Product, Sales Solutions and the rest of the Measurement team, to bring our new measurement solutions to market. You will be a single-threaded owner in the testing, launch, and ongoing effectiveness of both third-party (3P) and first-party (1P) measurement products, ensuring they meet the needs of Netflix’s advertising clients and internal stakeholders in the US and CA. The role requires a deep understanding of the measurement landscape, an understanding of industry best practices and ability to translate those internally for the benefit of our clients. This is an experienced, high-impact role requiring autonomy, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Steward new 3P integration builds to minimize time to market, consult on development trade-offs, ensure test campaign success and GTM readiness
For 1P measurement, ensure test campaign success and GTM readiness. Product will pull in measurement when needed for this work (pull from Product not push from measurement)
Be the single-threaded partner that works with the Product team to triage issues and evaluate the impact of product updates/maintenance on 1P/3P measurement products
Build scalable testing frameworks where applicable to bring about efficiencies in our GTM processes particularly with respect to beta testing and how we collaborate with clients
Establish measurable KPIs that demonstrate impact and ROI from our 3P and 1P solutions
Ensure all measurement solutions—1P and 3P—are ready for scale, supporting documentation, training, and enablement for the Measurement team and other stakeholders as relevant
Serve as the escalation point for issues related to measurement products, coordinating with Product and Sales Solutions to resolve challenges efficiently.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve integration efficiency, and enhance the overall quality and reliability of measurement solutions.
About You
10+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, measurement, or product operations, with a track record of independently owning complex projects or functions.
Strong understanding of ad measurement methodologies, third-party integrations, and product go-to-market processes.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action and attention to detail.
Skilled communicator, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and external vendors to deliver new solutions.
Strategic thinker who can balance near-term execution with long-term vision.
Comfortable working without direct reports, but able to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
