SUPO, where required) Why this role matters: As a Team Manager, Configuration Management & Change Control, you’ll ensure every ICEYE satellite is built against controlled, traceable, and production-ready configurations. You will enable rapid engineering evolution while protecting manufacturing stability, quality, and schedule, making configuration integrity a foundation for scaling ICEYE’s global satellite production. Your day-to-day responsibilities • Own and maintain satellite configuration baselines, ensuring clear structure, revisions, and effectivity across all production programs • Lead end-to-end change control processes, including evaluation, approval, and implementation of engineering changes impacting production • Ensure full configuration traceability from as-designed to as-built to as-delivered across PLM, ERP, and MES systems • Build and scale configuration governance frameworks across multiple products, generations, and manufacturing sites What we’re looking for Must haves: • 8+ years of experience in Configuration Management, Change Control, or Product Data Management in complex hardware environments • Strong expertise in configuration baselines, ECR/ECO processes, and effectivity management in production environments • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in cross-functional, high-complexity organizations • Hands-on experience with PLM, ERP, and MES systems, ensuring data integrity across the digital thread Nice to haves: • Experience scaling from low-rate production to high-rate, multi-site manufacturing environments • Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and driving continuous improvement in configuration processes Application Process • Talent Acquisition Interview • Hiring Manager Interview • Take home Assignment/Task • Task Presentation & Final Interview Working at ICEYE At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
