Lead, Driver, EMEA Central Operations Department: Operations Team: Local Operations Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Driver Operations, in collaboration with regional teams, leads our vision, strategy and execution for our driver-facing operations across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Operations is all about running our business on the ground and helping riders and drivers get the most out of Uber’s platform. The team is responsible for driving the growth and engagement of our driver base, and continuously improving the platform experience for our customers. Access to vehicles is the foundation of earning on Uber. Fleet partnerships are how we scale that access globally - especially in complex, dynamic marketplaces. They also enable us to progress on our sustainability and emissions reduction goals in EMEA. As a member of the EMEA Vehicles & Fleets team, you will be primarily responsible for driving projects which promote **vehicle access and supply growth**, **improved consumer experiences**, and **Electrification**. Delivering step-changes in these combined areas aims to accelerate growth & competitiveness in the region. We are looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to join our team. These roles within the operations team require a combination of project management, analytical ability, problem-solving and interpersonal skills to work together with key stakeholders.
