The role is performed Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm. There will be occasions when support for Sunday may be requested. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. Minimum Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in English. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, related fields or 2 years of experience in similar roles in lieu of a degree. 2 years of experience in HR, relevant experience can be: HR Shared Services, HR Administration, and/or HR Contact Center fields MS tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT, etc.) HR systems (Workday, Genesys, SAP, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: 2 year of experience with: Process improvement and/or project management certification. Supporting HR services in more than one region. Processes/systems automation experience.
