Your Impact:
Guiding existing customers through the conversion renewal sales cycle, from initial contact to closing complex transactions
Working with customers to resolve any issues which may prevent them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds
Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest suitable growth solutions, and negotiate pricing
Following up on assigned customer software renewal quotes and/or generate custom quotes and present to the customer
Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce to Sales/Renewals leadership
Operate internally as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve customer experience and further investments
Achieve monthly quotas and quarterly targets
Maintain volume with high call and email volume daily
Your Experience:
Passion for sales!
Results-oriented and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to create a great customer experience.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Analytical and Problem-Solving experience
Knowledge of subscription models, Perpetual Support, SaaS, and cloud technologies is a plus
Enjoy working in a fast paced, team focused environment with the ability to multi-task and track multiple issues
Previous experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce is a plus
