ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Finance to be the dedicated finance partner for Render's go-to-market organization as we scale. This is our first GTM-focused finance hire—a high-ownership and strategic role where you’ll build the models, forecasting processes, metrics, and reporting that shape how we invest in growth. You’ll work closely with our VP of Revenue, VP of Marketing, Head of RevOps, and Data Science team to turn data into decisions and impact. As an early finance hire, you’ll also contribute to broader company planning and help establish the foundations of our finance function. We are open to hiring at the Senior Manager or Manager level for this role. WHAT YOU’LL DO PARTNER WITH GTM LEADERS TO DRIVE GROWTH - Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, supporting both day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategy - Lead annual and quarterly planning for Sales and Marketing, including revenue, metrics, headcount, expense budgets, and investment prioritization - Build and maintain sales capacity and productivity models to inform hiring pace, ramp expectations, and performance targets - Partner with Marketing to evaluate channel and program investments, helping ensure spend aligns with pipeline and revenue outcomes - Support pricing, deal evaluation, and other analyses that inform GTM strategy and investment decisions OWN AND ELEVATE GTM FORECASTING & REPORTING - Strengthen forecasting rigor and improve how the company understands GTM performance - Improve and maintain ARR and revenue forecasting models, incorporating sales capacity, productivity, and other key drivers of revenue growth - Build clear reporting on pipeline health, conversion, sales productivity ...
