Operations & Strategy Manager, Driver Growth LatAm Department: Operations Team: Regional Operations Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil Type: Full-Time **About the Role** The Driver Growth team's mission is to build the engine that powers it: the supply. As an **Operations Manager within the Driver Growth team**, you will lead regional efforts to scale our earner base and ensure that we can grow and maintain our diverse 4-wheeler driver base. In this role, you will be the architect of our supply growth strategy—diagnosing onboarding bottlenecks, optimizing earner incentives, and delivering solutions to grow our varied Supply base, including Premium products. You will work closely with key regional and cross-functional stakeholders in Central Operations, Global Product, Community Operations, and Marketing. We are seeking a sharp, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join our team, with a blend of project management, analytical ability, and agile problem-solving skills to operationalise processes in a fast-paced environment. **What You'll Do** - **Strategic Supply Ownership:** Lead regional efforts to scale 4-wheeler Premium supply across LatAm. You will proactively identify bottlenecks in earner growth and prioritize project-based initiatives that align with long-term strategic objectives. - **Project Management & Execution:** Plan and organize complex, multi-faceted projects with cross-functional teams. You will define clear timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations to operationalize processes in a fast-paced environment. - **Growth Lever Efficiency:** Identify and activate key levers—such as incentive structures and onboarding optimizations—to specifically onboard and incentivise drivers to engage in different products. You will balance aggressive acquisition with the efficiency of growth spend to ensure a sustainable Earner growth for our 4-wheeler portfolio. - **Data Analysis & Diagnostic Rigor:** Get "in the weeds" of the data to perform deep-dive in Premium Portfolio growth metrics, Driver pain points and generate solutions and insights for actionable supply plans and evidence-based
