Reporting to the Director of Business Operations & Strategy , this role partners closely with the DEC Leadership Team and senior stakeholders across Worldwide Marketing, Growth & eCommerce (GET), Finance, Sales, Product, and Customer Success . You will be trusted to turn complexity into clarity—translating strategy, data, and cross - functional initiatives into concise, executive - ready narratives that inform decisions and move the business forward. Responsibilities Business Operations & Executive Enablement Drive the operational rhythm of the business, partnering with the Director of Business Operations & Strategy Operations across annual and quarterly planning, execution tracking, and leadership reporting Own the creation of executive - ready presentations and narratives , distilling complex initiatives into clear, decision - oriented stories used in QBRs, CEO GPRs, CMO updates, leadership forums, and planning cycles Ensure senior leaders receive accurate, timely, and insight - driven updates , proactively surfacing risks and trade - offs with no surprises Operate with accountability and urgency, demonstrating Relentless focus on outcomes and execution Executive Narrative & Storytelling Translate performance data, portfolio updates, risks, and dependencies into clear executive storylines with defined problem statements, options, and recommendations Maintain high standards of visual clarity, analytical rigor, and structure in all leadership materials Ensure alignment between strategy, metrics, financials, and roadmap commitments , reinforcing trust and transparency Act with Brave decision - making—challenging assumptions and elevating discussions when clarity is needed ​ Performance Metrics & Reporting Maintain and evolve DEC dashboards and reporting across revenue, funnel health, experimentation, and operational KPIs Support the development of executive scorecards and performance summaries that connect outcomes to strategy Track and support OKR planning and progress , ensuring focus on the highest - impact priorities Partner with Portfolio Management to ensure accurate initiative tracking and visibility using tools such as Airtable Apply Ingenious thinking to continuously improve how insights are generated an shared.
