Senior Product Manager, Actioning Experience & Platform Department: Product Team: Product Management Location: New York, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Uber’s global Actioning team owns the core surfaces and systems that manage a user’s account lifecycle –– from ‘first trip’ to potential loss of platform access and possible _reactivation_. As the Senior Product Manager for Actioning Experience & Platform, you will lead a portfolio of products that balance the safety and operational health of the Uber marketplace with world-class standards of fairness and empathy. The work spans our Rider, Eater, Driver, and Courier experiences. You will own core in-app hubs and design product interventions that guide users when their platform access is healthy, at risk, or (in the extreme case) revoked. You will set the strategy for how these features evolve, including the thoughtful integration of AI-powered capabilities for our users and internal teams.
