As the leader of the Strategic Merchant Operations team, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and scale our delivery platform across the US & Canada. Building a phenomenal experience for our largest merchants, and enabling them to increase their revenue on our platform through seamless operations and strategic and technical account management, is a critical component for growing the Uber Eats business. You will balance your time between providing bespoke support for our largest brands - McDonalds, Domino’s, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, etc - and scaled support across all the dimensions of the Uber Eats marketplace for other strategic merchants. If you have that mix of operational prowess to get excellent work done, sound stakeholder leadership skills that empower you to interact with high level partners both internally and externally (e.g. with merchant corporate teams and major franchisors), the collaboration skills needed to bring out the best from our service, and the innovation and creative thinking that's required to develop creative solutions at scale, we want to be in touch.
