As a Solutions Engineering Leader: You will have direct responsibility for technical excellence and revenue growth across mission-critical franchises – Corporate IT, Amazon Leo, AWS DC Internal, Direct Connect, and Outpost. You will provide technical direction and business guidance to the Amazon Account team while leading a team of best-in-class Solutions Engineers. You will develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy plan in partnership with the Client Executive (CE) and Account Managers, leveraging market trends, emerging technologies, and SE feedback to create a technical resource plan that prioritizes opportunities and aligns with Amazon's strategic objectives. You will actively develop and maintain the engineering team strategy, continually seeking creative methods for improving team performance and translating Amazon's complex infrastructure challenges into compelling Cisco solutions. You will drive innovative programs and lead day-to-day activities that help meet operational revenue goals and deliver measurable results.
