Job Description
The Role
We’re seeking a highly analytical Senior FPA Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the business. Reporting to the Director of FPA, this role will play a critical part in building scalable financial models, delivering actionable insights, and supporting leadership with data-driven recommendations as we enter our next phase of growth. You’ll partner cross-functionally with teams across the company to translate business performance into financial outcomes, improve forecasting accuracy, and help shape our long-term financial strategy.
What You Will Do
Support the development and maintenance of company-wide financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Maintain accurate headcount data to support planning and reporting
Assist in the monthly and quarterly forecasting process, including variance analysis against budget and prior forecasts
Help build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track key financial and operational metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, People) to align financial plans with business objectives
Assist in preparing materials for executive leadership and board reporting, including financial narratives and KPI analysis
Contribute to process improvements and help scale FPA systems and tools, including exploring AI-enabled workflows to automate and enhance analysis
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in FPA, investment banking, consulting, or related finance roles
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail
Experience supporting forecasts, budgets, and operating models in a high-growth environment
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets
Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel Copilot, or similar) to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance analysis
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and communicate effectively to stakeholders
Traits That Set You Apart
Experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment
Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) and HRIS platforms (e.g. Rippling)
Experience supporting fundraising, board reporting, or strategic finance initiatives
Exposure to building or implementing AI-driven workflows or automations in finance
