As a Software Engineer – Workday Integrations: • Design and deliver end-to-end Workday integrations — including requirements gathering, technical design, development, configuration, validation, deployment, and post-production support using Studio, Orchestrations, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS, and REST/SOAP APIs. • Manage data mapping, transformation, and validation across inbound and outbound integrations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance for Core HCM and Talent processes. • Support the integration lifecycle, including environment strategy, code promotion, testing (unit, regression, end-to-end), and production hypercare. • Contribute to and maintain integration playbooks, reusable templates, and standards to improve consistency and reduce delivery timelines. • Act as a technical advisor on Workday integration best practices and design patterns, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders. • Participate in Workday release activities, including impact analysis, regression testing, and adoption of new integration and Extend capabilities. • Design scalable, automated, and reusable integration solutions that improve system reliability and operational efficiency across the Workday ecosystem. Role: The Senior Software Engineer, Workday Integrations, is responsible for the design, development, and support of Workday integrations and Extend solutions.
