Software Engineer Java/Kotlin (x/f/m)

Your Impact We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Identity and Access Management team. Join our new team dedicated to authentication and user rights management. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the gold standard for access control on Doctolib's platform. Help protect sensitive user and financial data while enabling seamless workflows for healthcare professionals. Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. What you'll do Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and maintain secure authentication and authorization services that scale across millions of users Design and build modern OIDC authentication flows on Keycloak that handle security-critical traffic across Doctolib's platform Lead large-scale migrations of authentication journeys to the new IAM stack, ensuring zero-downtime rollouts and measurable improvements in scalability, security, and developer experience Build high-performance backend features using Java/Kotlin and Springboot, working with event-driven architectures (Kafka) Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers across teams to deliver secure, user-first solutions Contribute to frontend implementations using React (TypeScript/JavaScript) to create seamless user experiences Bring your expertise to continuously improve our engineering practices, code quality, and system reliability.
